Technical Notes: Lips

·      For a neutral lip use a lip liner 1-2 shades darker then lip.

·      Can create a fuller lip by dabbing a frosted powder on centre of lip.

·      Ombre can make lips look fuller.

·    Can exfoliate lip by putting exfoliator on a muslin cloth and work in circular motions from centre of lip outwards.

·      Put balm on lips immediately after exfoliating.

·    When lining lip with pencil, keep pencil on lip to make sure the line is straight and draw back and forward.

·      Start lip liner in centre of lip and draw outwards.

·   When making fuller lips, start by lining actual lip shape and then work outwards.

·   To make a lip matte you get a tissue and press it over the lip and press a translucent powder through the tissue onto the lip.

·      Gloss makes lips look fuller.
